    • Any services that have been fully delivered or consumed (such as completed consulting sessions) are not eligible for refund.

    • Promotional or discounted purchases may be non-refundable, as indicated at the time of sale.

  3. Process to Request a Refund

    • Please include the order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.

  4. Refund Method

    • Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
