    • Refunds are only applicable to digital services and subscriptions purchased directly through Validus Operandi LLC.

  2. Non-Refundable Items

    • Any services that have been fully delivered or consumed (such as completed consulting sessions) are not eligible for refund.

    • Promotional or discounted purchases may be non-refundable, as indicated at the time of sale.

  3. Process to Request a Refund

    • Requests must be sent in writing to support@validusoperandi.com within the 7-day window.

    • Please include the order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.

  4. Refund Method

    • Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

    • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on the bank or payment provider.
